I haven’t done a side-by-side comparison. But Highland is woman-owned, and sources from small farmers so you feel you are supporting actual people. I can’t speak to prices although I expect they are similar based on what I pay for a rib roast at Christmas. I now get my rib roast from Highland although I still go to Savenors for the goose!
Mouth watering (for me, the non-meat dishes) but you do a good job making the meat dishes even seem quite delicious. For a veggie, like I am, that's something.
